Important points to be considered
- Please fill in our retur form in order to send it and join it to your parcel. This is needed to identify claerly your sending!
- A thorough trouble description will save you time and money by shortening our work.
- Furthermore, undescribed random trouble do not give right for later claim.
Send instructions
- Provide strong enough parcel. This is especially the case for drives of the family K4000. If ever possible, use the original parcels. Costs due to wrong parcel will be supported by the customer
Damages examples
- Add inside the parcel a content list and our form.
- For csutom purposes, add on the parcel a proforma invoice with a value less of CHF 1000.-
- After reception of your parcel you will receive an estimate in 5 working days.
- After acceptance of the estimate you will receive a delivery confirmation.
